As President of Service Professionals, Nicole is committed to developing the curriculums, content, resources and peer opportunities dedicated to the growth of commercial HVAC service companies. As a promoter of trades careers, Nicole is passionate about connecting quality contractors with quality talent and providing the educational content and support needed to see people and companies succeed.
Bob Pratt
As the Director of SPAcademy Bob Pratt is passionate about the commercial HVAC industry and developing the next generation of HVAC tradespeople. With over 30 years of experience, Bob is an industry specialist who is a skilled educator, mentor and trainer.
Bob is eager to discuss how SPAcademy can expand the knowledge of your current technicians and motivate them to continue investing in their continuing education, while also growing your team of new apprentices and technicians.
Chris Scott
Chris Scott is SPAcademy's Customer Success Manager. Chris brings 17 years of customer service and management experience, as well as a sincere willingness to assist by any means.
You will also find Chris supporting SPAcademy's computer programming and development, as he has nearly 20 years of experience in this field. If you require assistance logging in, accessing curriculum, viewing assessment results, etc., Chris is readily available and eager to provide solutions!

Belen Pollack is SPAcademy's Customer Success Representative. Belen has over 7 years of experience perfecting her customer service and satisfaction skills. Michael Pieson is an experienced field development manager with many years of experience in the commercial HVACR industry. Michael is also a Service Technician with experience in customer Service, critical thinking, systems management, and content development. Michael is an integral part of SPAcademy and the development of the course catalogue, literature and training programs.
